Heaven's Vault: Extremely unique adventure game built around linguistic analysis and historical research, play this game.Put in 30 hours and might go back to this Shortest Trip To Earth: Really deep spiritual sequel to FTL, but even less balanced.Yonder: Cute exploration game, but was a bit too simple and repetitive.Sheltered: One of many apocalyptic fallout shelter simulators, it turns out I kind of hate this genre.Slash It 2: I have no memory of this but I played it for 15 minutes and earned 125 achievements.Europa Universalis IV: Enjoyed trying to build an obscure duchy into an empire, but I bounced off when I got bogged down in the still-awkward combat mechanics.Devil May Cry 5: Classic stylish character action, enjoyably dumb plot.Transport Fever 2: Great sandbox train track building mechanics, but the campaign missions were too easy. The Messenger: Well made but the weird dialogue and difficulty stopped me from completing the game, there are better retro platformers.Stardew Valley: This is sacrilege, but I quit after a few hours because I always felt like I was falling behind because of the season time limits.CODE VEIN: Completed and really enjoyed this anime scifi vampire Souls-like, Bandai Namco really knows how to make anime games look good. Some of them were so old they didn't even launch, but here are mini reviews of all the games worth talking about (bold = highly recommended), in the order I played them: 2020 And now that is officially complete: I tried to play every game I owned until I got bored of it and I managed to work through 195 games over the last 3 years.
